Shipping & Processing
How long will it take to receive my order?
The processing time of items that are in stock is 1-3 business days and the processing time of items that are pre-order is 1-2 weeks. If your order consists both stock and pre-order items we ship the entire order once all items are ready to be shipped. The shipping time divers per country - to EU it takes about 1 to 10 days, to the US it takes about 1 to 5/7 days and to the Benelux (NL, BE and DE) it takes about 1 to 5 days. Please be aware that processing time and shipping time are two different things.
Do you offer Express Shipping
We already use the fastest shipping options to the US and Benelux. If you are based in the EU you can contact us requesting express shipping for an additional charge.
Where can I see the status of my order?
If you fill in your e-mail at the checkout you will be notified about your order status.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We ship through DHL Express, DHL Parcel and FedEx.
What are the additional fees I have to pay for the delivery of my package?
In some cases the international packages will be charged taxes and custom duties to be released – we can’t predict those charges and they have nothing to do with our company, therefore they must be payed by the client.

What payment methods can I use?
You can pay by: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Maestro, UnionPay, Bancontact, iDEAL, ShopPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and PayPal.
Why is my total increasing at check out?
The prices shown on our website are without VAT. The VAT is calculated at checkout and is based on the country of your shipping address. If you are based in the EU and you have a VAT number you can add this to the 'VAT Registration Number' field at the cart.

Can I customise a dress?
If you have a model in mind, or maybe need some specific existing dress in a different color, you can always e-mail us to check the possibility of creating this customized item for you - we will always do our outmost to help!
What size do most photographers buy?
Most photographers buy size M/L.
Can I trust that the dress color looks like the color on the photo?
It isn't always possible to control that the color on your computer will be the same of the dress you will receive at home. Colors will vary and appear different depending on your monitor brand, the settings, calibration and room lighting. We tried to always post photo's that will show the color on it's most accurate color.
